Users with the rights to do so, can push favorites to entire workgroups or departments.
Contact your intranet administrator if you need the rights do push favorites.
In the 'Favorites' menu, a tab called 'Manage favorites for groups' is visible if you have the rights to push favorites:
To push a favorite to a group, click 'Favourites' in the menu and select 'Manage favorites for groups'.
Click 'Create Favorites', add a title, URL and description.
Click 'Choose recipients' to add Workgroups and Departments.
The chosen favorites will be visible for each employee on the top of their feed.
