@Mentions and Comments

Available from Colibo version 19.3

When commenting on the intranet, users are able to @mention other members of the organization, bringing them in on the conversation. Team members will also be able to reply directly to a comment, creating a more personalized dialog while not interrupting the flow of the comment section.

User @mentions can be added to any comment made on the intranet that the user. To @mention another user, type the '@' character in the comment field and click on the user you want to mention.

To reply to a comment, click the 'write reply' text on the right hand side of the chosen comment.

@Mentioned users will receive a notification, unless they are @mentioned on a feed item they don't have access to.
