Colibo Info Screen allows you to display content on as many large screens as you want and in multiple locations simultaneously. The solution is a strong communication channel to keep both employees and guests informed on relevant topics.
Content management
With Colibo's info screens, you have full control over what is displayed on the screens and the ability to vary the content depending on the location of the screen. As a system administrator, you can control all monitors, but can also assign another user the responsibility for a monitor locally if it is more convenient.
Setup
The content on the screens is controlled with widgets as you know it from Colibo today. It allows you to control the layout of one or more screens with a simple drag-and-drop functionality.
Flexible use
The info screen module can either stand alone as a communication channel on screens or be connected to your existing Colibo solution, so you can view existing and new content from here. Colibo provides the software solution, while you take care of the physical screens you need.
Technical requirements
Colibo Info Screens is a browser based software and displayed through a protected URL via a browser on a physical screen. It can be either with a smart TV, tablet or another type of screen with a built-in browser or mini computer connected to the screen.
For Smart TV /Screens
Colibo recommends an Android screen and at least a screen that has a built-in Chromium based browser (Chrome or Edge)
Screen without browser built-in:
This type of hardware is more flexible as you can decide for yourself whether it is minicomputers (e.g. Raspberry Pi) or tablets that are projected on the screens. For screens without a built-in browser there is the same minimum requirement for the device attached to the screen. It must be able to display content from a Chromium based browser (Chrome or Edge). This option also allows for more flexible and central control of the screens.
Tablets:
If the screens are just tablets that show Colibo Infoscreen content, it also just requires that this hardware can use a Chromium based browser (Chrome or Edge).
